Are you exploring the possibility of having ADHD? Are you navigating a late diagnosis? Are you struggling to keep up with tasks, deal with demands, and find balance in life with or without a diagnosis? Are you a woman with ADHD uncovering what ADHD looks like for you?

Sessions are available virtually through the week and in person on Sundays in Chilliwack in a cozy space at Thrive Collective.

I welcome members of the LGBTQia2s+ community and all bodies.

Hi, I’m Sarah Sovereign (she/her), a Registered Clinical Counsellor & visual artist in B.C. and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

I work alongside folks navigating the wild and often tender terrain of ADHD, grief and loss, and the lifelong work of reclaiming self-worth and self-esteem. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or carrying a heaviness that’s hard to name, I offer a space where you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

My counselling approach is collaborative, compassionate, and down to earth. I believe you’re the expert on your life - and my role is to walk beside you, not ahead of you, as we explore what healing and growth look like for you. Together, we’ll create a space where your nervous system can exhale, your story can be held with care, and your strengths can start to shine through again.

As someone who understands the unique challenges of living with ADHD - because I also have it - and the goldmine of creativity, sensitivity, and insight it can come with - I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent folks in building lives that actually fit - for them. I also hold deep respect for the grief process, in all its nonlinear, sacred mess and I know how hard it can be to feel worthy in a world that tells you otherwise.

Therapy with me might include moments of deep reflection, bursts of laughter, creative problem-solving, gentleness, and always, a fierce respect for your pace and your process. If you’re looking for a counsellor who will meet you with warmth, honesty, and zero judgment - you’re in the right place.

Let’s start where you are.

*When booking, if you want a time not shown feel free to reach out to me directly and I can see what’s possible.
